For us this evening was an opportunity to say thank you to the great family of Italian cinema, to all whom shared this beautiful path with us – said Mr. Paolo Del Brocco, CEO of Rai Cinema. The North Star that guided our choices has always been to diversify the offer, varying genres and narrative languages. This is demonstrated by the 580 films that we have co-produced, which gave room for diversity, the plurality of looks and points of view on reality, a primary goal for us, since we are a public service. We have also contributed to the growth of the entire film industry, getting the audience close to Italian cinema again. During this 15 years of our history, all of Italian cinema has grown in quantity and quality of production, reaching a market share of about 30%. A very positive result at the same time, however, a new challenge for the future “
