Huge success for Rome Creative Contest, which screened the best short movies before each film and receiving many applauses from the audience. People much appreciated the way the short movies prepare the room for what’s to come, setting up the mood as we say in the United States, setting the humor for the feature film that will be screened later and giving the opportunity for young filmmakers to be seen in the big screen by the audience. Two left feet, Dear Susie and Sharon’s number, show how intelligently funny and witty could be the short films and how innovative and exciting is the initiative of the Roma Creative Contest to bring them finally back in theaters. Monday was the turn of My Mother by Nanni Moretti, with John Turturro, and The Ballad of Homelessness, by Monica Manganelli.© All rights reserved
